Goan par boiled rice

Ingredients
- 3 cups Goan red rice / ukadem tandul, washed and soaked for 30 minutes
- 2 teaspoons Salt
Instructions
- Boil 3 litres water. Add rice and salt. Stir.
- Cook till grains are cooked. Drain and serve hot boiled Ukadem Xitt with curry.
