Unleavened puffed bread from Ladakh

Ingredients
- Wheat (Paqphey)/Barley flour (narjen)
- Salt
- Pul / Soda
Instructions
- Dough is similar to that of chapatti or roti or Tagi Shrabmo (as called in Ladakhi).
- Rounds are thicker and smaller in shape. The bread is unleavened.
- Briefly cooked over iron plate but then cooked in ashes of wood stove and allowed to puff.
