Singhade ka halwa
Sweet set porridge of Water Chestnut flour

Ingredients
- 150 grams Singhade ka atta / Water Chestnut flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ghee
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar or more
Instructions
- Roast singhada flour in ghee till light brown and lump free.
- Add hot water and sugar while stirring.
- Continue stirring till flour thickens. Add little water and cook for 3-4 minutes till jelly like texture.
- Pour the hot halwa on flat surface and spread uniformly. Allow to cool and set.
- Cut in desired shape. Serve Singhade ka halwa.
