Bread is made during spring time in Zanskar valley in Ladakh.

Ingredients
- Sprouted wheat / barley (1 cm long sprouts)
Instructions
- Crush sprouts in pestle and mortar.
- Mix with water
- Mix wheat flour.
- Dough is cooked with little butter/fat on heated stone or griddle
- Eaten split with fat/butter inside.
