Tibetian Hot Sauce made from red chilly and pepper

Ingredients
- 1 cup Red Chilly, soaked in water overnight
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 4 Garlic, cloves
- 1 Ginger, small piece
- 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
- Salt-to taste
Instructions
- Grind all ingredients into coarse paste. Use chilly soaked water if required.
