Cool summer punch with jaggery, ginger and pepper

Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons grated jaggery
- 1 tablespoon pepper, crushed
- 1 tablespoon dry ginger powder / soonth
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend jaggery, pepper, soonth and cardamom powder in a liter of water. Add lemon juice and pinch of salt. Serve Saunth Panak chilled
