Cool summer punch with jaggery, ginger and pepper

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons grated jaggery
  • 1 tablespoon pepper, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon dry ginger powder / soonth
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend jaggery, pepper, soonth and cardamom powder in a liter of water. Add lemon juice and pinch of salt. Serve Saunth Panak chilled
