Sani Hui Mooli and Nimbu

Sweet, salty and pungent flavored salad with radish, lemon and spices

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Radish, cut in pieces
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 2 Green chilies
  • 1 Lemon, large sized
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Squeeze lemon over cut radish and mix together.
  2. Grind salt, green chilies and fresh coriander and add this to salad.
  3. Adjust taste with yogurt and honey.
