Sun dried bitter gourd chips

Ingredients
- 2 Bitter Gourd, cut into round slices
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil bitter gourd with salt until half done.
- Spread it out and place under direct sunlight until completely dry.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry sun dries bitter gourd.
- Serve Pavakka kondattam with curd rice.
