Simple quick Rice Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw rice , smaller grain, soaked overnight
- 2 tablespoons cooked rice
- 2 teaspoons grated coconut
- Salt
- Oil
Instructions
- Grind soaked rice with cooked rice, coconut and water to make thinner batter. Adjust salt.
- Spread spoonful of batter over hot tawa to make round dosa. Cover and cook both sides.
