Ingredients
- 2 cups Wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Fenugreek leaves / methi
- 1/3 cup Coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon Garlic
- Spices - Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Red Chilli powder - as per taste
- 2 teaspoons Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and knead a soft dough. Rest for 10-15 minutes
- Roll portion of dough into roti/round flat bread and bake on hot tawa till golden brown on both sides. Apply oil on both sides if required.
- Serve hot methi thepla with yogurt or pickle
