Methi Dhirde
Methi Dhirde is a flat pancake prepared with mix flour, various pulses, and fenugreek seeds. It is an ideal dish for people with diabetes. It is considered a healthy and nutritious breakfast dish.

Ingredients
- 6 cups rice
- 2 cups toor dal
- 2 cups chana dal
- 2 cups urad dal
- 2 cups jowar
- 1 cup whole wheat
- 1 cup coriander seeds
- 1/2 cup fenugreek seeds
- 2 cups fenugreek flour
- 12 garlic cloves crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, garlic and oil.
- Add water slowly to make a batter.
- Pour a ladle of batter on a heated non-stick pan and cook both sides.
- Serve Methi Dhirde hot with coconut chutney.
