Maladu

Maladu is healthy and delicious sweet made with roasted gram flour, sugar and ghee. It is very easy to prepare recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Roasted gram
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar, powdered
  • 10 Cashews
  • 3/4 cup Ghee
  • 1/2 teaspoon Powdered cardamom

Instructions

  1. Grind roasted gram to fine powder.
  2. Roast broken cashew in ghee until golden brown. Keep aside.
  3. Combine powdered gram, sugar, cardamom powder and ghee-fried cashews.
  4. Add melted ghee little by little and shape into tight balls.
  5. Serve tasty maladu and enjoy.
