Lonku Ki Sabji
Longu ki sabji is a delicious dish prepared with chow chow and spices. It goes well with rice or roti.

Ingredients
- 500 grams Lonku / Chow chow, cut into cubes
- 3 Tomato, chopped
- 2 Onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste.
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Methi
- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander seed
- Chopped coriander leaves
- 2 teaspoons Oil for Tadka
Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai and add cumin, methi, coriander seeds and ginger garlic paste. Sauté for some time.
- Add onion, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and tomato. Sauté for few minutes.
- Add chow chow and mix well. Cook covered for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve Lonku ki sabji with steamed rice.
