Kanchagolla

Warm chenna kneaded with sugar and turned into sweet balls

Ingredients

  • 1 liter Milk
  • 1 Lemon
  • 6 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder

Instructions

  1. Curdle boiled milk with lemon juice. Sieve out whey.
  2. Knead the cheena with cardamom powder. Mash well for around 5 minutes into smooth dough.
  3. Roll into small balls. Decorate with pistachios. Serve Kanchagolla cold.
