Salted Tea served in Ladakh with yak milk and yak butter

- Tea leaves
- Water
- Yak Milk
- Yak butter
- Salt
Instructions
- Brew tea leaves in water till almost dark black.
- Add yak milk, fresh yak butter and salt. Churn.
- Serve in clay tea-pots.
