Spicy Lentil curry made konkani way

Ingredients
- 1 cup toor dal
- 2 teaspoons Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 2 dry red chillies
- 1 pinch hing
- Salt, as per taste
- Curry leaves
- coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Instructions
- Pressure cook dal with water. Once cool, add salt, hing, turmeric powder. Blend and keep aside.
- Heat oil. Splutter fried mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chillies.
- Add blended dal. Bring to boil. Serve Dalitoy / Dali Tove hot with rice.
