Aam chutney

Sour and tangy mango chutney

Ingredients

  • 4 raw mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 pinch red chilly powder
  • 1 pinch garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil raw mango with sugar and salt till soft. Mash.
  2. Add red chilly powder and garam masala. Cook for some time.
  3. When cool, settles into jelly like consistency. Store aam chutney in air tight container.
