Ting Momo

Cute rose shaped steamed bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Flour/ Maida
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • Salt-to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Instant Yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix all with warm water into soft dough. Rest for 2-3 hours.
  2. Take pieces of dough, elongate and shape it into rose shaped wrap.
  3. Steam for 15-20 minutes. Serve Ting Momo hot along with soup.
