Sattu Sharbat

Cool beverage made from roasted gram flour

Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons Chana ka Sattu / powdered roasted chana
  • 2 teaspoons Jaggery, powdered
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 pinch black salt

Instructions

  1. Dissolve jaggery in chilled water.
  2. Add Sattu powder and mix well.
  3. Adjust taste with jaggery, lemon and black salt.
  4. Serve Sattu Sharbat chilled.
