Soup made from germinated barley flour

Ingredients

  • Tsap - flour made from per germinated barley
  • Other local vegetables

Instructions

  1. Barley grains are washed and kept in sunny place to germinate.
  2. Germinated barley seeds are dried and ground into flour
  3. The flour is cooked in water without any sugar or salt.
  4. The flour has natural sweet taste.
  5. Often used as winter food.
