Milagapodi
Coarse powder of mixed roasted lentil, red chillies and asafetida

Ingredients
- 1 cup Urad dal
- 1/4 cup Chana dal
- 1/4 cup Whole moong
- 1/4 cup Whole masoor
- 2 tablespoons White sesame seed
- 8 Red chillies
- 1/2 teaspoon Asafetida powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Dry roast sesame seeds till they start popping. Keep aside.
- Dry roast all the dals separately, till light brown.
- Dry grind all the ingredients together with salt to coarse powder.
- Store Milagapodi in airtight containers.
